internet is not reliably fast, and the price for services is 300% more than any other phone company of comparison. nemont has locked and monopolized phone services in the highline area of montana so you cannot get any other competitive phone carrier..
Had service troubles with the rented gear from this company and had already isolated the issue to the modem but could not get a replacement because they had to send a tech out, fine, so I asked not once but TWICE (also two different representatives) for the representative to tell the tech to call me when he was going to come over so I could open up the house, I went along with my business all day and never received a phone call when I got back there was a notice on my door saying I had missed the tech with his number so I called the number and the tech told me that no one ever told him to call me. So because of nemont's mistake and mishandling of the matter I now have no internet for 3 days over the weekend all because the local office couldn't be bothered to swap the modem out then and there I also got the distinct feeling that they were losing patience after I told them I was sure it was the modem (can't go wrong with that assumption when the gear won't turn on). Highly unprofessional but unfortunately you have to suffer them if you want internet.
Internet is amazing cell phones are alright bills and prices are good too what phone plans are just not for me.
