I am fairly new to Glasgow, MT. I have tried to deal with Newton motors on several fronts, and in way to many ways they fail to serve their customers. I first tried to by a vehicle there in 2008, I called about a specific vehicle they had, at the time I lived a couple of hours to the east of Glasgow, in far ne Montana, I was told not to bother coming to look at it, that an individual in town was coming to look at it and would probable purchase it. I ended up purchasing a vehicle pretty much like the one I called Newton's about. I then tried to purchase another GMC vehicle recently, and having moved to Glasgow, I wanted to buy local....that proved impossible to do, they informed me they did not have what I was looking for, and would not order it or do a dealer search...wow. I then went a head and purchased the vehicle I was looking for from Sid Dillon in Fremont Nebraska, they have always treated me good, I feel they saved me thousands from what Newton's would have charged. I then took my vehicle in for service to Newton's Chevy/GMC, only a couple of things were taking care of that I requested, the oil was changed, but they once again did not top off Def., there were a half dozen things I was concerned about, they failed miserably at most. Then to top it off, there were storms in the area, with lightning and hail and strong winds, they moved a lot of their inventory inside, but left my pick up outside, not even calling me to notify me they were done with it, that is the last experience I will have at Newton GM dealer.
